Skeogh Melody Flute, Dromore

After a 'quick run' (thanks George) round Gilford it was off to Dromore where Cutter and Alan were waiting to join us along with Warren.

We wanted to ensure we got to do this parade this year as we'd missed out last year and wanted to make an effort to support the lads in the Skeogh.

That gave us a total of 25 flutes, 12 drums, 7 flags, 1 percussion, 1 drum major, 1 side walker.
We didn't actually begin parading until 22.15 but it was well worth the effort. The band was playing really well in Dromore, the warm-up in Gilford paying dividends.

We left Dromore with another 6 Awards including Best Colour Party with the girls earning maximum points from the judges. Well Deserved!

Along with Best colour party came the awards for Senior Drum major, Best Bass Drummer, Style and Appearance, Melody Flute and Best Overall band.

Well done to all who made the extra special effort to make it to both parades.
